WHAT DOES A TEAM COACH DO?

- Support and assist in the development of all Xcel Team Levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum)

- Be able to talk to those team parents we all love!

- Love your gymnasts and know how much you mean to them!

- Shows up on time and is ready to rock the day!





While we think you are already pretty cool, we want to make sure you have:

- A love for kids and a want for them to succeed

- A smile on your face at work (even if through a mask!)

- Are a team player with your co-workers

- The commitment to the kids you are impacting

- Clear and professional communication skills, while still having fun!
