Scansworld is hiring a Telecaller to handle patient calls and manage appointment bookings. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to interact with patients in a polite and qualified manner.
Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming patient calls
- Respond to patient queries clearly
- Schedule and book appointments
- Maintain patient details accurately
Requirements:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
Languages Required:
- Tamil (Must)
- English (Must)
- Hindi (Able to speak)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
