Job Description
Assist the Reporting Manager to prepare the annual audit plan.
To prepare the checklist which includes safety aspects of the respective areas assigned by the Reporting Manager and get it approved by the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
To carry out scheduled audits as per annual audit plan as directed by reporting officer.
To ensure that all non-conformances are closed on scheduled dates and evidence is collected for the respective NCs.
To brief the auditees along with his/ her HODs the NCs observed and its implications.
To ensure CAPA are in order.
Ensure that lists related to suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors' approval process are up to date.
Develop quality assurance and lead continuous improvement efforts
Monitoring evaluation of approved vendors, update Compliance Monitoring Manager about any deviation in the Supplier quality System.
To function as per the instruction given by Compliance Monitoring Manager/ Reporting Manager from time to time.

Auditing Techniques, AME Diploma or B tech - Aviation Audits exp Mandatory
