Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented IT Executive who can understand our IT and technology services, communicate with potential clients, prepare presentations and proposals, and participate in tender opportunities.

The candidate should have good technical understanding, excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and an interest in IT and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and promote the company’s IT, software, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and technology services.
- Identify potential clients and generate business opportunities through online platforms, email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their technical and business requirements.
- Present the company’s services and solutions clearly and professionally.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, service demonstrations, proposals, quotations, and capability documents.
- Bid for relevant projects and services on government, private, freelance, and online procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents within the required deadlines.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals, quotations, demonstrations, and business discussions.
- Maintain records of leads, client communications, proposals, tenders,



and bid statuses.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners.
- Participate in client meetings, online calls, exhibitions, networking events, and business presentations.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company effectively.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Good understanding of IT products, software, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology services.
- Basic knowledge of IT sales, business development, lead generation, and client handling.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, quotations, and bid documents.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Good research, documentation, and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, responsible, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed one of the following:

- B.Tech
- M.Tech
- BCA
- MCA

Freshers with strong communication, presentation, technical understanding, and an interest in IT sales may also apply.
