Job Description

- Drive company executives to and from appointments, meetings, and other engagements in a protected and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns to ensure efficient route planning
- Keep vehicle clean and stocked with necessary supplies at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and defensive driving techniques
- Assist passengers with luggage and any other needs prior to and after trips
- Handle all maintenance and repair needs for assigned vehicle
- Complete daily logs documenting mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents
- Report any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to supervisor in a timely manner
- May be asked to perform general office duties as needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files
- Attend mandatory safety trainings and meetings
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
