Primary Responsibilities:

- Design and refine visual content such as maps, charts, and graphs to effectively convey data insights.
- Transform both quantitative and qualitative analyses into engaging visuals that highlight key findings.
- Provide expert visual, technical, and editorial guidance to enhance the presentation of data.
- Collaborate with business teams to produce tailored reports, briefs, and visual data content that meet specific needs.
- Deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Conduct training for business teams on fundamental data visualization techniques to empower their capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Experience: At least three years of hands-on experience in data visualization, with a strong focus on Tableau and Power BI.
- Visualization Expertise: Proficient in a wide range of charting and visualization methods.
- Analytical Skills: Quick to identify and resolve issues related to data integrity or report structures.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, knowledgeable in DAX, experienced with Power Query for data transformation, and basic programming skills in Python or R.
