Job Overview

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, package units, split ACs, ventilation systems, and associated equipment.
- Coordinate breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HVAC maintenance standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Team Management

- Supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors during maintenance and repair activities.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.




- Monitor team productivity and ensure quality workmanship.

Client & Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with clients regarding maintenance schedules, service requests, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure timely availability of materials required for maintenance activities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, equipment history, and asset registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track maintenance KPIs, downtime reports, and service performance metrics.
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost-control initiatives.
