Key Responsibilities

- Conduct medical consultations and assess clients for slimming and wellness programs.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes to clients.
- Recommend suitable slimming, inch loss, weight management, and wellness treatments based on client requirements.
- Convert consultation leads into treatment enrollments through effective counselling and trust-building.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Coordinate with therapists, dieticians, physiotherapists, and front office teams for smooth clinic operations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and treatment documentation.
- Handle client concerns and provide appropriate medical guidance.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
- Support clinic revenue targets through consultation conversions and client retention.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.




- Valid TNMC Registration is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Experience in slimming, wellness, aesthetic, cosmetic, or lifestyle clinics is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and client handling abilities.
- Ability to achieve consultation and conversion targets.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
