Job Description :
- To meet with customers to understand their requirements of application and business requirements.
- To provide application training to customers.
- Coordinate with Sales team to ensure the technical integrity before delivery to the customer.
- Provide installation support, training, troubleshooting and maintenance support of assigned region and/or customer base.
- Provide positive quality printing samples for potential customers.
- Present and explain about the Scodix and Fujifilm Machine to potential prospects and existing customers (“Demo”)
- Documenting and reporting the work progress using Salesforce
- Support Trade Shows and Marketing Events activities as and when required.
Required Skills/competencies for the role :
- Knowledge of different softwares like - Adobe, corel, Photoshop etc
- Be service-oriented and customer-focused
- Knowledge or Experience of Color Management.
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience
Educational Requirements : Must have printing experience, either work experience or educational experience.
Age Limit : 20-45 years
