Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to promote our travel services, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote travel packages and services through field visits, events, and local outreach
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, and local businesses
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing/sales (travel industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field
- Basic knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and ticketing is a plus
