Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, prepare reports, handle statutory compliance, and support daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare sales and purchase entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Generate GST invoices and ensure timely GST return filing.
- Handle TDS deductions and return filing.
- Process employee salaries and maintain payroll records.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain records of fixed assets and company expenses.
- Coordinate with banks, CAs,
and government departments when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Payroll.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
