Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective learners, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving monthly sales targets by promoting our IT training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Counsel students and working professionals on courses, certifications, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM and Excel.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally.




- Coordinate with the admissions, trainers, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate

- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Academic Counselling, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
