A Fashion Merchandiser is responsible for planning, selecting, and promoting clothing and accessories to maximize sales. They combine creativity with business insight to ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right price.A Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are displayed attractively in stores or online to maximize sales. They analyze market trends, manage inventory, and work closely with suppliers and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and develop merchandising strategies based on sales data and market trends
- Plan seasonal collections based on trends, customer demand, and brand identity
- Analyze sales data and forecast future demand
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and buyers
- Ensure proper product assortment, pricing, and stock levels
- Monitor inventory and manage product lifecycle (launch to clearance)
- Create visually appealing displays in stores and online platforms




- Track fashion trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Work with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, or Business
- Solid understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior
- Analytical skills for sales forecasting and inventory planning
- Creativity and visual presentation skills
- Communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and retail/planning software

Preferred Experience

- Experience in fashion retail or apparel brands
- Knowledge of supply chain and sourcing
- Exposure to visual merchandising techniques

Pay: ₹30,163.69 - ₹50,526.66 per month
