Looking for a Project Manager, who will take end-to-end responsibility for leading a project team in the development and Production Support team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as the point of contact and Coordinate the establishment of the project management environment, including reporting tools and weekly/monthly reports;
- Responsible for managing all project & support resources and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
- Provide day to day direction to the project & support team and regular project status to the client.
- Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate;
- Establish documentation and procedural standards for deliverable Materials;
- Track Service Incidents and Service Requests for analysis and reporting;




- Conduct regular status meetings with the Client;

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Project & service delivery for support environments;
- Extensive experience in managing projects involving onsite-offshore model.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills working with project teams and clients;
- Strong client relationship management;
- Solid skills in oral and written communication and ability to work independently and within teams;
- Ability to work closely with process owners and other key stakeholders to communicate the progress of projects;
