We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our school. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth handling of school accounts while complying with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Manage school fee collections and reconcile fee records.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
- Handle cash book, bank book, and ledger reconciliation.
- Process vendor payments and maintain supplier records.
- Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and expense statements.
- Maintain records of fixed assets and inventory.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and management during audits.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (if applicable).




- Support administrative and finance-related activities as required.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in a school, educational institution, or similar organization is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with school accounting and fee management systems will be an advantage.

Salary

Pay: ₹10,259.22 - ₹15,000.26 per month
