Skill set:

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Analog and IP CCTV Systems.
- Hands-on experience with DVR, NVR, PTZ Cameras, and Video Management Software.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Switching).
- Understanding of structured cabling standards.
- Familiarity with CCTV brands such as Vantage, Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Honeywell, Bosch, etc.

Soft Skills

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work independently and in field environments.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.

Profile:

Installation & Commissioning

- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
- Cable laying, termination, and testing of Cat6, Fiber, and Power Cables.




- Integration of cameras with networking infrastructure.
- Basic configuration of switches, routers, and IP-based surveillance systems.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in cameras, DVRs, NVRs, storage devices, and network equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and replacing defective components.
- Ensuring maximum uptime of surveillance systems.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintaining installation and maintenance records.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Updating inventory and spare parts consumption records.
- Escalating critical issues to senior engineers and management.
