Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Supervise and mentor team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work setting.

Oversee the provisioning, modification, and deactivation of user accounts and access permissions, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.?

Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents promptly,



in alignment with ITIL best practices.?

Maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.?

Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular access reviews and quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies?

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding access management.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.?
