About the Role

The School Engagement Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with

schools, presenting Snehmitra Foundation’s services, and driving successful partnerships. This

role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in sales and marketing, preferably from the

education sector, who can convert leads into agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of schools.

Key Responsibilities

 Connect with schools and establish professional relationships with decision-makers.

 Present and discuss Snehmitra Foundation’s services in detail.

 Convert leads into formal agreements.

 Manage the onboarding process for new partner schools.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

 Achieve sales and engagement targets while maintaining compliance standards.





Candidate Profile

 Education: MBA /graduate (mandatory).

 Experience: Proven expertise in sales and marketing, preferably within the education

sector.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

 Willingness to travel locally as required.
