Job Description: Support the development and maintenance of automation solutions. Tasks include creating automation scripts, performing initial testing, and documenting processes. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to learn and apply automation tools and techniques. Basic programming skills and a strong interest in process optimization are key.
Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of complex automation solutions, Oversee automation project management and execution, Mentor junior automation engineers, Ensure automation solutions align with organizational goals, Provide strategic guidance on automation technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6- 8 years of relevant experience
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for liaising with onshore client counterparts as the role will interact with US based folks on a daily basis
Min 2 days working in office. Location could be Noida, Pune
Shift timings would be until 11 PM IST
