Role Summary

Drive the roadmap and execution of an AI-powered LMS while managing the product development team. Focus on building scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve adoption and learning outcomes across industries.

Job Description

- Define and execute product roadmap for AI-driven LMS/LXP
- Manage and align the product development team for timely delivery
- Build AI-powered features such as personalized learning, recommendations, and chatbot interfaces
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements to release
- Work closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions
- Drive product customization to suit different industries and use cases
- Prepare effort estimates and scope for recent modules, enhancements, and customizations
- Improve user adoption, engagement, and overall experience
- Drive integrations with HRMS, content platforms, and collaboration tools
- Track product performance using data and analytics

Requirements

- 4+ years in Product Management (SaaS preferred)
- Experience in LMS, LXP, or HR Tech is a plus




- Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases in products
- Exposure to authoring tools and content creation workflows
- Experience in managing product or cross-functional development teams
- Experience in effort estimation, scoping, and requirement analysis
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

- Experience with enterprise clients across industries
- Exposure to chatbot or conversational AI products
- Understanding of learning ecosystems and competency frameworks

Key KPIs for This Role

- Release Efficiency: % of features delivered on time vs planned roadmap
- Time to Market: Average time taken from feature finalization to market launch
- Wireframing Effectiveness: Time taken to convert requirements into approved wireframes
- AI Feature Impact: Usage and effectiveness of AI-driven features
- Customization Turnaround: Time taken to scope and deliver client-specific enhancements
- User Engagement: Improvement in completion rates, repeat usage, and session frequency
- Customer Feedback: Reduction in escalations and improvement in satisfaction scores
- Integration Success: Number and stability of integrations delivered
- Team Productivity: Sprint velocity, backlog closure rate, and development cycle time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
