- Working Days: Mon to Fri (1,3 and 5th sat WFH)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 6 Months of experience to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand basic IT job requirements (Developers, Support, QA, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist in closing positions within deadlines
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

Required Skills:





- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (ReactJS, NodeJS, Laravel, tester)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Qualification:

- MBA in HR (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
