We are searching for a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). You will be the voice of our brand online, creating content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) that captures attention and sparks conversation.
- Manage and schedule social media posts using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries in a timely and skilled manner.
- Analyze social media data and reporting to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, design)



to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for social media and a genuine interest in our industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
