Roverz Motors is an authorized Royal Enfield dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality sales and service. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive dealership performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
