Health Insurance Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented executive who will specialize in health insurance claims management and renewal servicing. The role ensures clients receive timely support during medical emergencies and never miss policy renewals.

This is a client-critical role that directly protects families from financial stress.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Claims Management (Core Responsibility)

- Guide clients through cashless and reimbursement claim processes step-by-step.
- Coordinate with hospitals, TPAs, and insurers for approvals.
- Track claim status and follow up until settlement.
- Assist in collecting and verifying claim documents.
- Handle claim rejections, queries, and escalations professionally.
- Educate clients on claim procedures, waiting periods, and policy conditions.

Portal Expertise Required With:

- HDFC ERGO General Insurance – 1Up / Partner Portal
- ManipalCigna Health Insurance – Partner App
- United India Insurance Company – Agent Portal
- Other insurer/TPA claim tracking systems

2. Renewal Management (Core Responsibility)

- Track premium due dates and create renewal calendars.
- Send reminders via call, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist clients with premium payments through insurer portals/apps.




- Check policy continuity to avoid lapse.
- Suggest sum insured enhancement or plan upgrades during renewal.
- Maintain high renewal ratio and client retention.

3. Client Support & After-Sales Service

- Help with endorsements (nominee change, address update, add family member).
- Explain policy benefits, exclusions, and claim terms clearly.
- Maintain long-term client relationships.

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain claim files and renewal records accurately.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with insurer guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports on claims, renewals, and pending cases.

Skills & Requirements

✔ Experience handling health insurance claims & renewals ✔ Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability ✔ Knowledge of cashless & reimbursement claim process ✔ Good communication with clients and hospitals ✔ Experience using insurer portals/apps ✔ Organized with solid attention to detail

Experience

- 1–3 years in health insurance servicing / TPA / insurance agency preferred (Freshers with a strong learning attitude can be considered.)

Pay: ₹10,078.67 - ₹18,000.00 per month
