- - 1–2 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Experience with ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development (prompt engineering, AI tools).
- Experience working on international/global projects.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and caching strategies.
- Familiarity with API security standards (JWT, OAuth).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues and production incidents.
- Work with databases to design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.
