The Candidate should have knowledge of the following job responsibilities.

Planning & Scheduling:

- Develop and update master construction schedules, weekly, and monthly look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with procurement and site teams for resource planning

Quantity Surveying (QS) & Estimation:

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Prepare and update BOQ, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and cost estimations.
- Conduct rate analysis for non-BOQ items and extra claims.

Billing & Certification:

- Prepare monthly Client RA (Running Account) bills.
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills and joint measurements.
- Perform material reconciliation and track consumption to prevent wastage.
- Finalize accounts and manage contract closure.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
