We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager – Harness to oversee complete quality operations for wiring harness manufacturing, ensuring customer satisfaction, process improvement, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end quality operations for harness manufacturing
· Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and quality audits
· Ensure implementation of quality standards and SOPs
· Lead quality inspection, testing, and process improvement activities
· Coordinate with production and NPD teams
· Monitor rejection, rework, and PPM analysis
· Lead internal and external audits
Experience
8 to 12 Years
Qualification
Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
