Reporting To: Group General Counsel

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the Company & Litigation, Compliance and Employment Law functions. This role will work closely with the Group General Counsel in building a high-performing legal function and supporting the Company growth and IPO readiness.

This is a strategic role requiring independent ownership of complex legal matters, strong commercial judgment and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage the Company litigation portfolio across civil, commercial, labour and regulatory matters.

 Develop litigation strategy and manage external counsel.

 Drive employment law matters including investigations, disciplinary actions and advisory.

 Lead the Company compliance framework and regulatory compliance initiatives.





 Partner with business, HR, Finance and Operations on legal and risk matters.

 Build scalable legal processes, dashboards and governance mechanisms.

 Support strategic projects including M&A;, regulatory matters and IPO readiness.

What are we Looking For

 LL.B. with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.

 Robust in-house experience with complex litigation, employment law and compliance.

 Proven ability to independently manage external counsel and drive matters to closure.

 Excellent stakeholder management, drafting and negotiation skills.

 Experience in high-growth, technology or consumer businesses will be preferred.
