Job Summary

Job Description:The role description as follows:

- Techno Functional Consultant with 7 to 12 years of extensive experience in Warehouse management domain with expertise in Manhattan Active
- Level 2 Problem Root Cause Analysis for complex problems and delivering optimal solutions for 3PL logistics
- Support with exposure to business operations to provide fix to Functional/Operational issues.
- Evaluates and provides technical solutions to application problems
- Providing support by fixing the incidents/or providing workarounds for incident reduction
- Defining the to-be-processes and detailed functional and technical designs based on customer requirements
- Identifying Process Gaps and providing suggestions to improve process quality




- Work closely with customer and product owners for custom extensions to the existing functionality

Must have:

- Manhattan MAWM (Active) / WMOS
- Oracle/ PL/SQL
- Linux/Unix Shell Scripting

Nice-to-have:

- Experience in migrations, and performance tuning.
- MHE Configuration and Integration
- Tools: Servicenow
- Monitoring Tools: SCI
