Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive (Travel Industry)

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate and issue invoices for travel services including flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and corporate travel.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments through calls and emails.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable records and customer ledgers.
- Reconcile customer accounts and allocate incoming payments.
- Prepare AR aging reports and collection reports.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely collections.
- Support month-end closing activities.

Required Skills:





- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
- Experience in the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
