We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees. The candidate will work closely with different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, or Business Development to gain practical exposure and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily business operations and management activities.
- Conduct market research and data analysis.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
- Participate in meetings and strategy discussions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups when required.
Required Skills:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA/PGDM completed or pursuing final semester.
- Specialization: Marketing / HR / Finance / Operations / Business Analytics (as applicable).
