Job Title: Senior Planning & Billing Engineer (Railway Electrification Projects)

Job Summary:

DKT Infra is looking for an experienced Senior Planning & Billing Engineer with solid expertise in Railway Electrification projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in EPC projects involving OHE, TSS, S&T;, Civil and Electrical works, along with strong planning, billing, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling Project Planning, Billing & Commercial Closure of Railway EPC projects
- Preparation of Client Bills as per contract/tender clauses
- Verification and processing of Sub-Contractor Bills
- Preparation of Revenue Plan, Billing Plan & Collection Plan
- Preparation of CTC (Cost to Complete) and Project Reconciliation
- Monitoring project execution as per revenue targets and timelines
- Preparing and updating Daily, Weekly (WPR) & Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
- Coordination with client, site team, and subcontractors
- Tracking project milestones and ensuring timely completion
- Material planning, reconciliation, and coordination with procurement team
- Supporting Project Closure activities

Technical Expertise Required:

- Strong knowledge of:
- OHE (Overhead Electrification)
- TSS (Traction Substation)




- S&T; (Signaling & Telecommunication)
- Civil & Electrical works in Railway Projects
- Knowledge of railway billing components:
- OHE/ONA, TSS/ONA
- OHE Foundation & Progress Billing
- Price Variation (PV) Bills

Software Skills:

- SAP (ECC & S4 HANA): PR, RFQ, PO, SES, PO Amendments
- Primavera P6: Project planning & scheduling
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Additional Skills:

- Strong project coordination & communication skills
- Ability to analyze project schedules and develop recovery plans
- Experience in handling material reconciliation & document control systems
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in CORE / RVNL / Railway Electrification Projects
- Experience in EPC Railway Projects
- Exposure to project sections involving Western Railway / RE Projects

Location:

As per project requirement (site-based)

Note:

Candidates with hands-on experience in Railway Electrification (OHE, TSS, S&T;, Civil & Electrical) and strong Planning & Billing background will be preferred.
