- Supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure hygiene, GMP and food safety practices are followed.
- Monitor product quality during production.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Coordinate with production workers for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.
- Assist in production planning and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company SOPs.
- Experience in meat, poultry, ready-to-eat or food manufacturing will be preferred.
- Report production issues and coordinate for corrective actions
