Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead and manage dispatch and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise daily dispatch operations
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and sales teams for smooth dispatch planning
- Manage transportation, vehicle scheduling, and logistics coordination
- Ensure accuracy of dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport records
- Monitor loading, packaging, and shipment activities
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and MIS reports
- Resolve dispatch and logistics-related issues to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor dispatch performance and implement process improvements
- Lead and supervise the dispatch team while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering,



or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing industry
