Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance with labor laws etc.
- Oversee factory HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention in a manufacturing workplace.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business objectives through people initiatives.
