Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in hiring, employee engagement, HR coordination, and workplace operations within a luxury healthcare and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
- Post job openings on hiring platforms and social media
- Maintain candidate databases and employee records
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
- Support HR operations, attendance tracking, and documentation
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication




- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
- Help maintain HR policies, reports, and trackers
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented personality
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
