Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive (Multilingual)

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our Ambattur office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Explain products/services and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Telesales, or Voice Process.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Language Requirement

Candidates should be fluent in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
