ServiceNow Integration Lead is responsible for designing developing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems ensuring seamless data flow and optimized workflows This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design and Development
Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow integrations using APIs REST SOAP Integration Hub E Bonding and other relevant technologies
Requirement Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements translating them into technical specifications
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Solution Delivery
Oversee the endtoend delivery of integration solutions from design to deployment and support
System Integration
Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other systems including but not limited to HR systems CRM systems and other enterprise applications
Troubleshooting and Optimization
Troubleshoot integration issues optimize performance and ensure the stability of integrated systems
Documentation
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations including design specifications configurations and workflows
Mandatory Skills and Experience
Integration Technologies Strong experience with API development REST SOAP IntegrationHub E Bonding and other integration patterns
Scripting Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages JavaScript Glide APIs
Technical Leadership Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
Communication and Collaboration Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills
ProblemSolving Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
