Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions through voice calls and provide excellent support for our domestic customers. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or voice process operations. Candidates should possess basic communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Attend customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service engineers.
- Follow up with customers regarding installations, services, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Provide information about products, services, offers, and AMC plans.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Generate daily call reports and customer interaction reports.
- Support sales and service teams in customer coordination activities.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain positive customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile





- Basic to moderate communication skills in English and Tamil
- Ability to understand and respond to customer queries politely.
- Basic English reading and writing skills preferred.
- Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and patience
- Any Arts Degree (B.A., B.Com., BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
- Preference for candidates with 12 years of experience in:

- Candidates who can work along targets.
