Job Responsibilities:

- Promote the hospital's ophthalmic services, including Cataract, Retina, LASIK, Glaucoma, Cornea, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Oculoplasty, and Optical services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient referrals.
- Meet monthly marketing and business development targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, optical stores, pharmacies, corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Strengthen existing referral networks through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Organize eye screening camps,



awareness programs, health talks, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate corporate health check-ups and community outreach programs.

Eligibility:

- 2–18 years of Experience in Eye Hospital
