Job Description: Telecaller in Dewas

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Dewas. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our sales and customer engagement efforts, connecting with potential clients and cultivating lasting relationships. As a Telecaller, your communication skills and persuasive abilities will be integral to enhancing our brand presence and achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions and transactions with clients.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our offerings.
- Identify and qualify current sales leads through effective questioning techniques.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
- Follow up with potential customers to uncover their needs and concerns.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.




- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.
- Continuously update your knowledge on product offerings and market trends.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a sales environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive speaking style.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
