Job Description:

Responsibilities

- New Project Initiation with Marketing Manager and Civil team
- Project planning and execution in coordination with Marketing Manager and Civil team
- Coordination with client on daily basis for the project execution
- Preparation of Time schedule as per project and adhering to it
- Daily updates with the site engineer
- Vendor search and finalization of the vendors and rates on project to project basis
- MIS reports on projects on daily basis
- Record keeping of all the necessary documents pertaining to the job description and monthly submission of the same.
- Cost Estimation (Pre-Tender/Project)
- Coordinating with Site engineer, Vendor, client, Billing engineer, Project coordinator and Technical lead in smooth execution of the project

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management,



preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Solid organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
