Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting PLC systems, particularly Allen-Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs. The role involves developing automation solutions, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring smooth machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation projects.
- Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Perform machine commissioning, installation, testing, and startup activities.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, and control system issues.
- Integrate PLCs with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, and field instruments.
- Prepare PLC logic documentation, I/O lists, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams during project execution.
- Provide technical support during production and maintenance activities.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Allen-Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLC programming.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control panel schematics.
- Familiarity with VFDs, servo systems, and industrial automation components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Software Knowledge (Any one)

- Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7
- Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix
- Mitsubishi GX Works / GX Developer
- WinCC, FactoryTalk View, or equivalent HMI software
