Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in industrial automation and machine control systems. The selected candidate will be involved in the electrical design of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). The electrical design process and standards will be guided internally; therefore, a solid understanding of machine automation, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and adaptability to machine sequences is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the electrical design and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) as per internal design standards and project requirements.
- Select automation-related hardware and components, and coordinate technical discussions with vendors for component selection and system integration.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Poka-Yoke schemes, I/O Lists, and other control system design documents.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
- Troubleshoot electrical control panels, field devices, sensors, actuators, VFDs, servo systems, and automation equipment.
- Assist in machine testing, validation, commissioning,



and production support activities.
- Coordinate effectively with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and service teams for successful project execution.
- Identify and resolve electrical and automation-related issues within project timelines.
- Maintain engineering documentation and support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in PLC programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of machine sequencing and automation logic.
- Experience in electrical panel troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to read and understand electrical circuits, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of industrial components such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and servo systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical design principles for industrial machinery.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
