- Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, negotiations, and performance
- Oversee inventory management of medical consumables, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted material availability
- Monitor stock levels, expiry management, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, stores, and finance teams
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare materials management
- Solid expertise in Vendor Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement
- Knowledge of hospital supply chain processes and medical inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
