- 8–12+ years in marketing, with at least 3–4 years in a senior/leadership role at a D2C beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG brand
- Proven experience owning performance marketing budgets and hitting CAC/LTV or ROAS targets
- Strong understanding of the Indian D2C and marketplace ecosystem (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart)
- Experience building influencer and KOL programs, ideally including dermatologist or medical-professional partnerships
- Sharp brand instincts — able to balance scientific credibility with emotionally resonant storytelling
- Comfortable operating in a lean, founder-led startup environment; equally solid at strategy and hands-on execution
- Experience hiring and building out a marketing function from the ground up is a robust plus
Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
