Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records and reports.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement.
- Coordinate hiring requirements with different departments.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 3+ years of HR & Recruitment experience.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
