About the Role

We're looking for a creative and organized Creative Strategist to join our team. You'll be responsible for turning ideas into impactful marketing campaigns while ensuring our creative team stays on track with deadlines and deliverables.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brainstorming content, planning social media campaigns, coordinating with designers and video editors, and bringing fresh marketing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and marketing campaign ideas.
- Research trends, competitors, and social media content.
- Plan monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Assign daily tasks to designers and the video editor.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and campaign execution.
- Write creative briefs, captions, and content directions.
- Work closely with the Creative Head to execute marketing strategies.
- Maintain project updates and ensure smooth workflow across the team.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, branding, or a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging marketing ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
