- oncept & Design: Creating schematics and PCB layouts, and selecting appropriate electrical components (sensors, actuators, power supplies) for current products.
- Prototyping & Testing: Assembling and evaluating prototypes in the lab, conducting structured experiments, and running simulations to prove concepts and validate designs.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying root causes of hardware issues, debugging, and refining circuits to improve performance, energy efficiency, and reliability.
- Documentation: Generating technical reports, schematic diagrams, parts lists, and test plans to support product development and manufacturing hand-off.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all designs meet national and international safety regulations (e.g., IEC Standards,
BIS Compliance) and passing EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working alongside mechanical, firmware, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate electrical systems into the overall product architecture.
