Job Overview

Balrampur Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking experienced Head Nurses to support nursing operations and patient care services. The selected candidates will supervise nursing activities, coordinate nursing staff, and support the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

- Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG) – 2 Positions
- Paediatrics – 2 Positions
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – 2 Positions
- Emergency Department (ER) – 2 Positions
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities within the assigned department.
- Guide and support nursing staff in providing quality patient care.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies and clinical procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
- Review nursing documentation and patient care records.
- Monitor medication administration and nursing procedures.
- Assist with nursing duty schedules and staffing coordination.
- Support infection prevention and patient safety practices.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.




- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.

Eligibility

- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Valuable clinical and nursing management knowledge.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to make decisions and manage nursing responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000+ per month onwards, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and role suitability.
